Wow I can already imagine a new home surrounded by forest near a lake somewhere up in the mountains. I've seen some very good designs of homes, but custom new homes just seem to be a more natural choice of building houses on this kind of lots.
Put a fountain in the lake, and we'll buy a lot! We want to live on a lakeside lot, but a fountain would be a necessity for keeping the lake healthy, and attracting buyers.
